The Vedeenans are a human population on the planet Vedeena in the Pegasus galaxy. They used the Stargate to trade with other peoples. Their leader at the time that the Atlantis Expedition met them was Davos, a man who had the gift of precognition. None of his visions were wrong. Davos died soon after meeting the Expedition, but not before giving them several visions of what the future held. The Vedeenans were introduced in Stargate Atlantis: 4.08 "The Seer".
