First a word on anomalies.<\/p>\n
In the UK the first disc released (Volume 1) contained the \u2018highlights\u2019 of season 1. At a later date the whole of season 1 was released as a boxed set. At the time of writing (early 2004), this is still the only way to buy season 1. Later after a number of discs had been released, boxed sets of other seasons were also released. At time of writing, it is still the practice for the discs to be released individually and the boxed sets of the seasons to come out at a later date. As far as I know, the discs are the same, the only difference being a note on the disc boxes indicating that boxed set discs should not be sold separately.<\/p>\n
It is also worth noting that there are one or two examples of the episode order on the DVD\u2019s being different from the original broadcast order. <\/p>\n
Also, the photographs on the disc boxes do not always correspond to the episode.<\/p>\n
