SCI FI WEEKLY<\/a> has compiled a Q&A feature from interviews in which David Hewlett<\/a> (Dr. Rodney McKay), Amanda Tapping<\/a> (Col. Samantha Carter), Rachel Luttrell<\/a> (Teyla Emmagan), and Joe Flanigan<\/a> (Lt. Col. John Sheppard) discuss the upcoming Season Four<\/a> of Stargate Atlantis<\/em>, along with a few fun facts about the actors themselves.<\/p>\n

Melissa Perenson’s article, entitled “The cast of Stargate Atlantis contends with casting changes as they open the iris on season four”, covers a variety of subjects, including the return of Paul McGillion<\/a> as Dr. Carson Beckett (who died in Season Three’s “Sunday”). <\/p>\n

\nChange is afoot at Stargate Atlantis<\/em> as the series enters its fourth season. For starters, the cast gets an infusion of new blood, with Stargate SG-1<\/em>‘s Amanda Tapping and Firefly<\/em>‘s Jewel Staite joining the lineup. And the stories will take some new directions in what has been described by many cast and crew as a shakeup of the status quo and a “soft reset” of the series.
