==Summary==

Garan was one of the skilled crossbow hunters of Harry Maybourne's planet and a loyal subject to King Arkhan the First (Harry's new title). She might have also been one of the village's elders. She argued for Harry's virtues as a leader when Harry tried to tell them that he had deceived them. Garan was present when the Goa'uld Ares sent his Jaffa patrol to the planet to retake it in his attempt to find sanctuary from Ba'al. She saved Daniel Jackson's life when he was in a fight with one of the Jaffa warriors by killing the Jaffa with an arrow shot from her crossbow, and was a key player in ensuring her people's freedom.
