MGM’s Official Stargate website has added another, and most likely final, video preview to their Video Gallery to lead up to the world premiere of Robert C. Cooper’s Stargate: The Ark of Truth, scheduled for North American release on DVD tomorrow, March 11. In this video, cast members Ben Browder, Amanda Tapping, Christopher Judge, Beau Bridges, and Michael Shanks, and producers Robert C. Cooper and Brad Wright talk about the fun they all hoped was shared with the fans in the telling of the Stargate stories.
Thus far, world release dates for the direct-to-DVD movie are:
- March 11, 2008: North America
- April 8, 2008: New Zealand
- April 9, 2008: Australia
- April 23, 2008: France
- April 23, 2008: The Netherlands
- April 28, 2008: UK (Note: moved from April 14)
- April 29, 2008: Italy
- May 2, 2008: Germany
- June 25, 2008: Spain
- July 28, 2008: Czech Republic
