Bridges Wins Lead Role in Fox's "Two Families"

Stargate SG-1 actor Beau Bridges (Gen. Hank Landry) has won the lead role in Fox’s Two Families pilot, according to The Hollywood Reporter:

Beau Bridges has been tapped to headline Fox’s comedy pilot “Two Families.”

“Two Families,” from 20th Century Fox TV and HIP, centers on a man (Bridges) with two families whose two sets of adult children don’t know the others exist. Emmy winner Bridges was most recently seen on the Sci Fi Channel’s “Stargate SG-1.”

  1. Boy, that didn’t take long! Of course this is a pilot, not a full-on series yet, but it’s still very cool for him. I look forward to seeing him be more comedic. Maybe he’ll remember his Stargate buds and put in a word for them, too. 😉
