Summary
Mayris was one of the Vyuns who had lost her memory and regenerated after Linea, the Destroyer of Worlds, performed a failed experiment on her people. The people of Vyus named this event the Vorlix. Mayris attached herself to Orner, although he had a crush on Ke'ra, Linea's younger self. After Orner took the drug to reverse the effects of the Vorlix, he realized that he had been married to Mayris (Layale) for 43 years. Orner and Mayris accepted Ke'ra back into their society after Ke'ra voluntarily gave up her memories so as not to become Linea once again.
