As the entire galaxy falls under a new threat from the Goa'uld, Daniel must once again decide whether to risk death or ascend when Oma Desala gives him a second chance.  Master Bra'tac and Teal'c embark on the next leg of their journey in defining the new Jaffa Nation on Dakara. Meanwhile, Carter and Jack must deal with their personal relationships as they endeavor to define themselves after the loss of important people in their lives.
