Summary
Del Tynan was of the planet Hebridan where the humans intermarried with the Serrakin alien race. Tynan did not like this and felt that humans should have supremacy on his planet. He attempted to fix the race called the Loop of Kon Garat so that a human named Muirius could win it, in the episode, 7.08 "Space Race".
