Daniel has traveled to Moscow to meet with the Russians, but is instead detained for questioning and asked for a sample of blood. The Russian's caution is due to an American assassin who was captured before he could kill his target: former U.S. Vice President Robert Kinsey, who is most definitely not himself these days.
