Summary
Tarek Solamon was a University Professor of Mathematics on the planet Tagrea who still believed in the gods of the people's ancestors. His "god" was actually the Goa'uld System Lord Heru'ur who once ruled the planet, but was overthrown. The people buried their stargate and destroyed all records of their past as slaves. Tarek had in his possession, however, artifacts which gave Teal'c and Jonas, who had arrived to the planet on the Prometheus, an understanding of the planet's past and a location of the buried stargate, in the episode, 6.20 "Memento".
