Summary
Carlos was one of Dr. Daniel Jackson's ESL (English as Second Language) students in an alternate timeline created by a time traveling SG-1. He bravely volunteered to try introducing himself and talking about the weather. "Hello, my name is Carlos. You make me so hot." Daniel was a bit stunned, but recovered quickly and graciously, praising him on getting the introduction part right. (8.19 "Moebius Part 1")
