Summary
The Arma Delegates were escorted to the SGC by SG-5 to negotiate a trade agreement with Major Paul Davis in the episode, 8.04 "Zero Hour". Because the two delegates bickered and stalled the negotiations, Brig. Gen. Jack O'Neill had them confined to a VIP room until they could act like grown men. Jack's "time out" diplomacy worked and the two delegates became more cooperative with each other, although we are not told how the negotiations turned out.
