"Chloe is a strong, in the physical sense, intelligent young woman. She is still a young woman and she's still confused and discovering who she is and how she is going to survive in this new life. You know what I think is great about all these characters? They're all human, they're all flawed but it's how they band together that makes them who they are and it's an honour to continue playing these characters that so many women all over the world look up to." Before Joining the Stargate Program
"I'm playing Chloe Armstrong, who is the daughter and aide of a U.S. Senator. I think it's safe to say that Chloe is definitely the most fish out of water. She's got a bit of a wild side to her despite her demur appearance. She's had a really privileged upbringing, so really hasn't to want for anything. You know, I don't think she's had to work as hard as a lot of other people to get to where she is. She doesn't have military, medical, or, you know, very little scientific training, so in the beginning, she feels useless. She's figuring out who she really is and I think she's starting to realize that the life she lived before was superficial in many ways and that she wants to make something of herself, to give back because she herself had been given so much."
