Summary
Prof. Munroe was an instructor of Theoretical Astrophysics at the Air Force Academy and had been one of Samantha Carter's mentors. He was introduced in the episode, 4.19 "Prodigy". He was not cleared for the Stargate Program and thus was very skeptical about Carter's wormhole theories. Unfortunately, Carter was not able to share her knowledge with him as a peer because of this limitation.
