Summary
There were three nations on the planet Langara and Ambassador Noor represented the one named Andari. After the nation Kelowna used their naquadria-powered bomb on their enemies, the three nations of the planet assembled to negotiate a truce, since the results of the use of such a weapon were horrific and shocking. Always suspicious of each other, the ambassadors eventually had to ask Jonas Quinn to assist in the edification of the council members so that they were more aware of the Goa'uld threat and of the methods that they could take to protect their planet as a united civilization.
