La'el Montrose was a human of the planet Hebridan who received a lucritive contract by the Tech Con Group for winning the company's sponsored race called the Loop of Kon Garat, in the episode, 7.08 "Space Race". She hired the Serrakin Warrick to be her co-pilot for helping her win the race.
