Stargate star Michael Shanks recently sent a note to his official website to let his fans know about his character Victor’s level of involvement in each of the three final episodes of Burn Notice‘s current 16-episode season.
Spoiler TV has also recently posted that Episode 10, “Do No Harm”, will lead the show’s return on the USA network on January 22, 2009.
Combining the two websites’ announcements, Victor will be seen:
- February 19: 2.14 “Truth and Reconciliation” in which he will appear “briefly”;
- February 26: 2.15 “Sins of Omission” in which he is “sprinkled all over the B storyline”;
- and March 5: 2.16 “Lesser Evil” (finale) in which he will “appear throughout.”
Burn Notice is described on its official website as “a sexy, action-packed original series starring Jeffrey Donovan as Michael Westen, a blacklisted spy. Dumped in his hometown of Miami without money or resources, Michael struggles to put his life back together and find out why he’s been burned. In the meantime, he uses his unique skills and training to help people in need … mostly people who can’t get help from the police.”
The hit show has been renewed for a third season of 16 episodes, which will likely premiere in the summer of 2009. There has been no talk as to whether or not Shanks will return to the sets as Victor in the new season.
His character is so unlikeable on Burn Notice, not something I’m looking forward to.
