Friday night during its Dr. Who marathon, The Sci Fi Channel aired three clever Stargate commercials, showing Sheppard, Carter, and Teal’c each using their unique skills to help “regular” people in real-life situations. Fans have uploaded the videos to free on-line sites:
- Sheppard providing battle tactics to a man to help him literally take out his opponent in a game of pool and get the girl (watch video on-line)
- Carter helping a woman retrieve her potato chips from a vending machine using the magnets in her headphones (watch video on-line)
- Teal’c helping a woman out-bluff an opponent in a poker game (download video on-line — click on link at bottom of page)
The ads are replaying on Sci Fi channel this weekend. We look forward to more of them with the other main actors!
