Although ratings have slipped this year, the producers aren’t ready to close down the Gate just yet. Even if this season proves to be Stargate’s last, Cooper says producers want the franchise to live on. That could mean a feature film, a miniseries “or even another series.”

11years ….WOW how much longer will it go on. Strek The Next Generation was enjoying a good 7 year run and paramount cut it off for no reason other than to put it on the movie screen ….the movies were all flops!!!!If sg-1 comes to an end on tv and it is decided by the powers that be to go Major Motion Pictures…..My opinion…they should do good …providing they have good story lines..
