Summary

Gen. Miroslav Kiselev was the Russian Minister of Defense and was implanted with a Goa'uld symbiote by members of The Trust after they returned to Earth after having been captured and implanted somewhere out in the galaxy. He had the power to start a nuclear war, but was stopped by Russian President Mikhailov right at the moment he was about to command the launch of the first strike. One benefit to having been a host to a Goa'uld symbiote was that he was healed of glaucoma and no longer needed to wear his eyeglasses. (8.14 "Full Alert")
