O'Neill and Chekov speak with Russian President Mikhailov

Summary

We've never seen Russian President Mikhailov, but we heard his voice over the speakerphone when Gen. Jack O'Neill and Col. Chekov spoke with him concerning the compromise of the Russian Minister of Defense, Gen. Miroslav Kiselev, with a Goa'uld symbiote brought back by members of The Trust to start a nuclear war on Earth in order to gain access to the Ancient weapon in the Antarctic Outpost. President Mikhailov was reluctant to believe them, but decided to trust them and have Kiselev apprehended before he commanded the first strike. (8.14 "Full Alert")
