Summary
Major Samuels acted as General George Hammonds' second in command when the facility at Cheyenne Mountain was only watched by a handful of personnel. After the Stargate Program was reactivated after Apophis' attack, Major Samuels continued as General Hammonds' aide until his promotion. He then spoke on behalf of the Pentagon. Major Samuels was introduced in the series pilot, 1.01-1.02 "Children of the Gods".
