There have been a few occasions when the U.S. Navy has assisted Stargate Command (SGC) in the retrieving of personnel from the depths of the ocean (4.01 "Small Victories Part 2", 6.03 "Descent"). There are no known U.S. Navy personnel assigned to the Cheyenne Mountain Complex at this time, however.
