Daniel Jackson (Ship)
Summary
The Daniel Jackson was a ship of the Asgard Jackson-class vessel. It was an exploratory and science vessel, and we first saw it in 8.01 "New Order Part 1", under the command of Thor.

Thor was piloting the Daniel Jackson when Carter and Teal'c found him near Hala and asked for his help to fight Anubis, and torevive O'Neill from stasis in Antarctica. Thor was busy fighting the Replicators at the time, and, after rescuing Teal'c and Carter, Thor took the Daniel Jackson in pursuit of a Replicator ship that was now en route to the new Asgard homeword, Orilla. Orilla's defensive systems destroyed the Replicator ship, but not before pieces of the Replicators had rained down onto the planet. (8.01 "New Order Part 1")
Thor then flew the Daniel Jackson the immense distance back to Earth and beamed O'Neill and Daniel aboard. He used the ship's systems to interface with O'Neill's consciousness, in order to get to the Ancient knowledge stored in O'Neill's mind. O'Neill in turn used the ship's systems to design an effective anti-Replicator weapon. Thor flew it to Orilla and used it to cleanse the planet of the Repicators. (8.02 "New Order Part 2")
Thor brought the Daniel Jackson to the Milky Way again to help battle the Replicators who had invaded the galaxy. Carter and Thor worked to build a modified anti-Replicator weapon. Once it was ready, they travelled through space on the Daniel Jackson to engage Replicator ships and test the modifications. They worked for a time, but the Replicators quickly adpated themselves, boarding Thor's ship as he retreated to Earth. Thor beamed Carter to the SGC, against her wishes, and flew the ship away from Earth for its own safety. (8.16 "Reckoning Part 1").
The fate of the ship was not certain, but when Carter and the others were able to make the Dakara weapon work to destroy all Replicators in the galaxy, Thor's ship was cleansed as well. Presumambly that was still the Daniel Jackson. Thor contacted Carter to tell her he would drop by for a visit as soon as his consciousness had been downloaded from his ship's computer into a new body (8.17 "Reckoning Part 2").
It is likely that the ship was destroyed by a self-destruct mechanism when the Asgard decided to end their existence rather than let their technology fall into enemy hands.
