Major Escher has compiled a great deal of intelligence regarding the Lucian Alliance hierarchy for the SGC. He conducted a briefing for General Landry, Lt. Col. Mitchell, and Teal'c when the Odyssey and the rest of SG-1 were captured by the Lucian Alliance. He is assigned to an SG team, but the patch number is indecipherable.
