Summary
P2X-374 was a planet visited by SG-1 approximately three months after Dr. Daniel Jackson's death from radiation poisoning. His ninth replacement, Captain Hagman, believed the populace wanted to smoke a peace pipe, but was in error. Through this cultural misunderstanding the natives attacked. Col. O'Neill suffered a partially torn ligament in his knee and Capt. Hagman was struck by a tranquilizer dart. The language may have been similar to Ancient Babylonian. Jonas Quinn was researching the language for SG-1, but it is unclear whether that was for this planet or a future mission. SG-1 escaped through the Stargate being chased by the spear throwing natives. Captain Hagman was reassigned after the mission.
