Summary
Dr. Kelly is one of the physicians at the Air Force Academy Hospital. Dr. Carolyn Lam called her "the best" for treating a brain aneurysm, so her specialty is likely neurology. She has full clearance to the information regarding the Stargate Program and its related alien technologies. When Cameron Mitchell pulled strings to have Bryce Ferguson transferred to the Academy Hospital, she was in charge of his treatment. Despite her expertise and the technology at her disposal, she was unable to treat Bryce. Col. Mitchell did not react well to her grave prognosis, punching out a vending machine in frustration. Ferguson eventually died from the old injury.
