Summary
Dr. Peter Tanner is one of five alien fugitives who defected from their world's army when they realized that they had lost the war against the Goa'uld. He is introduced in the episode, 4.11 "Point of No Return". He posed as a phychiatrist and was able to blend into American society relatively easily. He and two of his comrades decided that they could no longer hide on Earth and recalled their spacecraft and left in the episode, 5.12 "Wormhole X-Treme".
